On May 3, 2005 UCLA-WINMEC in collaboration with NSF-WICAT is hosting a one-day workshop to discuss the formation of a NSF-I/UCRC Center at UCLA. Alex Schwartzkopf, I/UCRC Director, of NSF will be present for this forum. Presentations will be made by various researchers and faculty of WICAT and WINMEC.  Industry input will be solicited on the collaboration mechanism.  Intellectual Property (I.P.) rights for industry participants to this activity will be discussed.  The participation of contributing members to the national-level WICAT center will be presented.  Participation of the member companies via an advisory board and advisory board member rights will be discussed.
